FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This FAQ is a plain-language summary of the Terms of Service.
It does not create any additional warranty, refund right, promise, guarantee, or exception that is not contained in the Terms of Service. If this FAQ omits a detail, that omission is not an exception to the Terms. If any wording is interpreted differently, the Terms of Service control.
1. WHAT DO YOU SELL?
We sell digital accounts, digital items, access, and related services.
The exact product, included features, limitations, delivery terms, and warranty coverage are the items specifically stated in the applicable product description.
Anything not specifically advertised or promised should not be assumed to be included.
2. DO YOU PROVIDE METHODS, GUIDES, OR TUTORIALS?
No, unless a product description expressly says otherwise.
A normal account purchase does not include:
- Methods
- Tutorials
- Strategies
- Step-by-step guidance
- Financial advice
- Operational assistance
- Ongoing guidance regarding how to use the product
- Guarantees about the customer's intended use or outcome
A product is not defective merely because it does not perform or include something that was never advertised or promised.
3. WHEN IS AN ORDER CONSIDERED DELIVERED?
Delivery occurs when the purchased product, credentials, access information, or other material necessary to access the product is sent through the designated delivery channel or made available through the applicable order system.
The warranty period and other delivery-based time limits begin at delivery unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
4. HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?
Unless a different delivery period is expressly disclosed before purchase, custom orders have a 3โ7 business-day delivery period.
A business day means Monday through Friday, excluding applicable statutory holidays.
The delivery clock begins only after:
- Full payment has been received; and
- The customer has provided all information reasonably required to complete the order.
Customer-caused delay pauses the delivery clock.
If the order remains unfulfilled after the end of the 7th business day, excluding customer-caused delay, the customer may request cancellation and a refund, less unavoidable non-refundable third-party transaction, blockchain, network, or processing fees where applicable and lawful.
If a different delivery period was expressly disclosed and accepted before purchase, that disclosed period controls instead.
5. WHAT ABOUT DELAYS ON NON-CUSTOM ORDERS?
Unless another delivery period was expressly disclosed before purchase, a non-custom order that remains completely unfulfilled for more than 21 days is eligible for cancellation and refund, less unavoidable non-refundable third-party transaction or network fees where applicable and lawful.
Customer-caused delay does not count toward the applicable delay period.
The customer cannot receive both continued fulfillment and a full refund for the same undelivered order.
Once an order is cancelled and refunded, there is no further obligation to deliver it.
6. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
The same Terms of Service apply regardless of payment method unless different terms are expressly provided in writing before purchase.
Unavoidable third-party processing, exchange, conversion, blockchain, or network fees may be non-refundable where applicable and lawful.
7. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Except for the specific situations stated in the Terms of Service, all sales are final after delivery.
Refund eligibility exists only where the Terms expressly provide it, including:
- A verified wrong-item claim where the correct replacement cannot reasonably be provided
- A verified valid warranty claim where the applicable replacement cannot reasonably be provided
- An unfulfilled custom order that passes the applicable delivery period
- An unfulfilled non-custom order that passes the applicable delivery period
- A product that we determine cannot be supplied or delivered
- A refund expressly approved by the owner in writing
- A refund required by applicable law
Refunds are not issued solely because of change of mind, buyer's remorse, failure to read the listing, expectations that were never advertised, unsupported intended use, customer misuse, customer security failures, financial loss, third-party bans or restrictions, or finding a cheaper alternative after purchase.
8. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A BAD OR NON-WORKING PRODUCT?
A warranty remedy exists only if the product description expressly includes a warranty and the reported issue is covered by that warranty.
A covered warranty normally provides a replacement, not an automatic cash refund.
To make a claim, the customer must:
- Contact official support within the applicable claim period
- Clearly explain the issue
- Provide reasonable evidence when requested
- Preserve the product in a condition that allows the issue to be verified
- Allow the applicable support and claim-processing time
If a valid warranty claim is verified and the applicable replacement cannot reasonably be provided, the claim may qualify for a refund under the Terms of Service.
9. WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If we verify that a materially different product was delivered from the product purchased, the primary remedy is replacement with the correct product.
The customer must report the issue before materially modifying, transferring, reselling, or using the incorrect product in a way that interferes with verification.
If the correct replacement cannot reasonably be provided, the customer is eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that product, less unavoidable non-refundable third-party transaction or network fees where applicable and lawful.
The customer is not entitled to both a replacement and a refund for the same wrong-item claim.
10. DO REPLACEMENTS COME WITH A NEW WARRANTY?
A replacement does not automatically create or restart a new full warranty period.
The replacement normally satisfies the original warranty claim.
If the replacement itself is demonstrably defective at the time of delivery, that issue must be reported within 12 hours of replacement delivery, the replacement must remain substantially unused, and reasonable proof must be provided when requested.
Replacement-on-arrival claims are not covered where the issue results from customer action, misuse, failure to secure the account, third-party enforcement, or another excluded cause.
11. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
A warranty exists only when the applicable product description expressly includes one.
Unless the product description expressly states otherwise:
- Warranty begins immediately upon delivery
- Warranty provides a replacement remedy, not an automatic cash refund
- The applicable warranty duration is the duration stated in the product description
- Reasonable proof may be required
- Initial support response may take up to 72 hours
- After all reasonably requested evidence is received, warranty processing may take up to an additional 72 hours
- Waiting before using the product does not postpone or restart the warranty period
Warranty does not cover customer-caused damage, problems caused by changed credentials or recovery details, failure to secure the account, shared or leaked credentials, phishing, malware, customer misuse, customer security failures, resale or transfer issues, or third-party suspension, restriction, verification, review, or closure unless specifically covered.
12. WHAT IF I OPEN A DISPUTE OR CHARGEBACK?
Customers should contact official support and allow the applicable support and claim-processing period to run before escalating a payment issue externally.
If a chargeback, payment dispute, or external payment claim is opened:
- Any pending internal refund, replacement, or warranty resolution may be suspended while the external dispute is active
- Normal internal support relating to the disputed transaction may be suspended while the external dispute is active
- We may submit transaction records, delivery evidence, communications, account-access evidence, timestamps, product information, and the Terms of Service to the payment provider
- Duplicate recovery is prohibited
A customer may not retain both an internal refund or replacement and a successful external payment reversal for the same loss or transaction.
Nothing in this policy removes a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. ARE THE ACCOUNTS SAFE?
No digital account can be guaranteed to remain risk-free indefinitely.
Certain products, especially aged accounts, transaction-history accounts, or accounts involving prior third-party activity, may carry increased risk.
Customers are responsible for understanding the product description and securing the account immediately after delivery.
Historical account activity does not guarantee future stability.
14. WHAT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SECURING AN ACCOUNT?
Security becomes the customer's responsibility immediately upon delivery.
Where the platform permits it and the product description does not instruct otherwise, the customer should promptly:
- Change the password
- Secure or change the recovery email
- Secure or change the recovery phone number
- Enable two-factor or multi-factor authentication
- Generate and securely store new backup or recovery codes
- Review active sessions, logged-in devices, connected applications, and authorized access
- Revoke unknown, unnecessary, or previous sessions where possible
- Verify that the customer controls every recovery method attached to the account
- Use a unique password that is not reused elsewhere
- Keep credentials out of unsecured messages or shared devices
- Protect devices, browsers, email accounts, and authentication applications
- Avoid phishing, malware, credential-stealing software, token theft, and unauthorized physical access
- Avoid sharing, lending, reselling, transferring, or exposing credentials unless the customer accepts the resulting risk and the product terms permit it
- Keep any backup information reasonably necessary to recover access
- Follow all product-specific security instructions
The customer should also check that the account works before making material changes.
If the customer changes credentials, recovery information, security settings, linked services, profile information, or other account data, the customer is responsible for making those changes correctly.
If a platform warns that a security change can trigger verification, a temporary restriction, or a cooldown period, the customer assumes the risk of proceeding unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
We are not a backup credential holder, recovery service, password manager, or ongoing security provider unless that service is expressly included.
A failure to take reasonable security measures can cause a refund, replacement, or warranty claim to be denied where the failure caused, contributed to, or prevents reliable verification of the issue.
15. WHAT IF I LOSE ACCESS AFTER DELIVERY?
Loss of access after valid delivery does not automatically create refund or replacement eligibility.
A later access problem does not, by itself, prove that the product was defective at delivery.
Coverage depends on:
- Whether an express warranty was active
- Whether the specific issue is covered
- Whether the claim was made within the applicable period
- Whether reasonable evidence can be provided
- Whether the customer properly secured the account
- Whether the issue resulted from customer action, shared or leaked credentials, phishing, malware, token theft, compromised devices, changed recovery information, resale or transfer, or another excluded event
Where reasonably necessary, we may ask for evidence showing the security steps taken by the customer and the circumstances surrounding the loss of access.
16. CAN ACCOUNTS GET LOCKED, VERIFIED, RESTRICTED, SUSPENDED, OR BANNED?
Yes.
Third-party platforms can change their rules, request verification, restrict features, review accounts, suspend accounts, or close accounts at any time.
We do not control third-party platforms.
A third-party action after delivery does not automatically mean the product was defective at delivery and does not create refund, replacement, or warranty eligibility unless the applicable product description expressly covers that specific event.
17. CAN I CHANGE THE ACCOUNT DETAILS?
Yes, where the applicable platform permits it and the product description does not instruct otherwise.
The customer is responsible for ensuring any password, recovery, email, phone, authentication, profile, security, or linked-service change is completed correctly.
If the customer's changes cause an access problem, verification request, cooldown, restriction, or security issue, that does not create refund, replacement, or warranty eligibility unless expressly covered.
18. CAN I STORE MONEY OR OTHER VALUE ON AN ACCOUNT?
We do not recommend storing money, assets, information, or other value on an account if you cannot afford to lose it.
This is especially important for aged, transaction-history, or other higher-risk accounts.
The customer assumes the risk of deciding what funds, assets, information, or other value to place on an account.
19. WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR AGED OR TRANSACTION-HISTORY ACCOUNTS?
Unless the product description expressly states otherwise:
- Claims relating to the condition of the account at delivery must be made within 12 hours of delivery
- The account must remain substantially unused during that inspection period
- Materially changing the account, conducting transactions, transferring ownership, reselling the account, or otherwise materially using it may end refund or replacement eligibility where the use prevents verification or changes the condition of the account
- After the 12-hour inspection period, the account is considered accepted as delivered unless an expressly advertised warranty remains active
All customer-security duties described above also apply to aged and transaction-history accounts.
20. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR SUPPORT?
Use only official support channels listed on-site or instructions provided directly by Playboy / the owner.
Moderators, community members, resellers, and random direct messages cannot make binding promises, refunds, warranties, discounts, or exceptions on our behalf unless the owner expressly authorizes that specific commitment.
We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions, promises, representations, or side agreements made by third parties.
21. HOW LONG DOES SUPPORT TAKE?
An initial support response may take up to 72 hours.
For warranty claims, after all reasonably requested evidence has been received, claim processing may take up to an additional 72 hours.
Repeated messages do not shorten, restart, or bypass either timeframe.
22. WHAT PROOF MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A CLAIM?
Depending on the issue, reasonable evidence may include:
- Screenshots
- Screen recordings
- Error messages
- Order information
- Timestamps
- Delivery information
- Relevant account information
- Security-change information
- Recovery-method information
- Device or session information where relevant and reasonably available
- Other information reasonably necessary to verify the claim
We may also review order records, delivery records, communications, system logs, login or access records, timestamps, and product information.
Evidence that is fabricated, misleading, materially incomplete, edited in a way that removes relevant context, or unverifiable may be rejected.
23. CAN I RECEIVE BOTH A REFUND AND A REPLACEMENT?
No, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
One verified issue receives one appropriate remedy under the applicable section of the Terms.
The remedy may be a replacement, repair or correction, alternative product, store credit, or refund.
Once an agreed remedy has been provided, that specific claim is considered resolved.
A customer is not entitled to multiple forms of compensation for the same loss or claim unless expressly approved.
24. CAN I GET BANNED OR BLACKLISTED AS A CUSTOMER?
Yes.
We may refuse future service or terminate support for conduct including:
- Harassment or threats
- Spam
- Knowingly false claims
- Fabricated evidence
- Attempted fraud
- Abuse of refund or replacement systems
- Duplicate recovery attempts
- Repeated unsupported claims
- Attempts to exploit obvious pricing, technical, or system errors
Termination of future service does not remove a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
25. CAN YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS?
A discretionary exception must be expressly approved by Playboy / the owner.
An exception applies only to the specific transaction for which it was granted.
A past refund, replacement, credit, discount, extension, or other accommodation does not create a right, precedent, or obligation to provide the same accommodation on another transaction.
26. WHICH DOCUMENT CONTROLS IF THE FAQ AND TERMS ARE READ DIFFERENTLY?
The Terms of Service control.
This FAQ is only a plain-language summary of the Terms of Service.
It does not create any additional warranty, refund right, promise, guarantee, or exception. An omission from the FAQ is not an exception to the Terms.
